I coach men in their 40s and regularly see the same challenges they face:
They face a time crunch between work, family life and health. Health always takes a back seat.
They begin to experience a decline in their physical capabilities, confidence and health as new health issues emerge.
What they used to do to stay healthy doesn’t work anymore.
They worry about ageing and how that will affect their lives.
Most come to me when they are in a trough and need help climbing out. Some have been successful, some are still working on it and some are just getting started.
What I prescribe is a Routine of evidence based activities that improve physical, physiological and emotional health, with the long term goal of living better for longer.
This Substack has covered all the elements in the Routines but not consolidated them into a coherent story.
So here are the Routines for men aged 40-50. You can see them in the PDFs below. They are a free resource so you can download and use them as you want.
